Alerts deliver via Telegram DM (requires Telegram connection in Profile → Notifications) and Web Push (browser notification). Telegram delivers within seconds; Web Push fires in the browser within 30-60 seconds.

Telegram alerts typically arrive within 30-90 seconds of the underlying engine signal being detected. Web Push arrives within 60 seconds. Email alerts are not currently supported.
Yes. Each alert rule has an active/paused toggle. Paused rules are preserved with all their conditions intact and can be reactivated instantly.
